Production assembly, Shipping & receiving and Manufacturing engineering. The position supervises 5 departmental managers and is an integral member of the Senior Staff at VRI. Education: BS/BA Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and/or Six Sigma Certification Minimum of 5 years experience in electronic manufacturing Hands on, action oriented management style Proven ability to improve quality and efficiencies in all aspects of manufacturing Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of manufacturing at VRI Manage 35 - 40 employees, including 4-5 supervisors Oversee circuit board manufacturing, product assembly & test, procurement & production planning and manufacturing engineering & test Meet the company's financial goals by producing and shipping orders in a cost effective manner Assure quality improvement and on-time delivery Increase cost efficiency and cost improvement Establish positive relationships with customers.
