Job Description:
Oversee and coordinate the preparation of reagent solutions, production of IQuum consumables, and in process/release testing of products. Interpret reagent specifications and produce reagents from raw materials and/or bulk solutions. Set-up, operate, and provide basic maintenance for laboratory equipment (e.g. pipettes, filters, analytical balances, syringe pumps, centrifuges, pH meters, mixers, lyophilizers, autoclaves) test equipment (e.g. leak testers, force gauges) and custom manufacturing equipment (e.g. heat sealers, reagent dispensing systems) following establish procedures. Draft/revise manufacturing procedures and SOP with engineering/R&D support. Interface with engineering to support IQ, OQ, PQ, and validation of all new manufacturing equipment.BS or BA degree required and 3+ years experience working with reagents (molecular or IVBD diagnostic). Mimimum of 1 year in a supervisory or lead role required.
