Expectations Lead team of global outsourced assembly and test supplier managers. Responsible for the development and execution of commercial strategy. Effectively motivates and drive team to attain organizational goals and metrics in alignment to external manufacturing strategy. Develops Long term Strategies tied to external final manufacturing and supply chain. Collaborate with business unit partners proactively building mutually beneficial partnerships and networks with executives both internally and externally. Responsible for supplier collaboration, supplier performance management, market competitiveness through effective negotiation. Supports Manufacturing and the supply chain with insuring Operational execution by the supplier base with commercial business processes that drive right behaviors. Drives effective cost modeling to identify opportunities for cost reduction and executes through Value Engineering between companies. Self starter with ability to execute on broad managerial tasks.
