Job Description:
Full-time 1st shift (8 hour shifts) Monday through Friday. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of progressive work experience with a residency program at a management level. Extensive knowledge of the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education Standards. Demonstrated analytical, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills. Requires specific software skills at an advanced level, high degree of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills and financial analytical skills required. Job Summary: The Director, Family Medicine and Dental Health Residency, is the administrative lead for the operational aspects of the programs. This includes all administrative functions relative to resource management, personnel administration, program accreditation and public relations.
