GÇó Monitor recruitment efforts of all Houston area sales agent recruiters through weekly reports and metrics.GÇó Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientations. GÇó Performs exit interviews.GÇó Acts as liaison to Corporate HR department.GÇó Provides guidance to hiring managers on policies and processes.GÇó Organizes and attends job fairs.GÇó Works with local college career offices on university recruitment activities.GÇó Handles confidential and time sensitive data.GÇó Performs data entry and general clerical duties.GÇó Generates weekly recruiting reports.GÇó Obtains a firm understanding of sales processes and customer base through job shadowing and customer contact events.GÇó Identifies key characteristics of successful Sales Agents to aid in recruiting quality candidates.GÇó Works closely with field sales managers and HR Managers to achieve Sales Agent retention goals.Experiences, skills, and education needed:GÇó Requires a high school diploma, college degree a plus.GÇó Requires 3-5 years of sales recruiting experience.GÇó Must be familiar with a variety of the recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.GÇó Requires experience exceeding set recruiting metrics.GÇó Experience leading a recruiting team desired.GÇó Requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.GÇó Requires experience in handling confidential data.
