Organization Development, this position provides strategic direction and leadership for global recruitment of entry level, nursing, allied health and management candidates for Lakeland HealthCare. The recruited candidate will: Oversee and advise in the development of annual recruitment strategic plans and goals. Direct project management responsibilities and ensures that projects reflect Lakeland recruitment strategies. Analyze recruitment metrics on an ongoing basis and make recommendations for performance improvements and/or enhancements to recruitment strategies. Report the status of performance improvement plans and metrics to the Vice President, Human Resources and Organization Development. Serve as lead contact with vendors, ensuring compliance with image, quality, legal, budgetary and overall recruitment objectives. Partner with Senior Leadership in the review and selection of new recruitment and selection assessment tools. THE HOSPITAL: Located in southwest Michigan, Lakeland HealthCare is a not-for-profit, community-owned health care organization including three hospitals; an outpatient center; continuing care centers; rehabilitation centers; walk-in clinics; and free-standing dialysis centers.
