Job Description:
B.S. or B.A. degree preferred in related field. At least two years of program experience is required with YMCA program experience preferred. The ability to relate to diverse groups of people from all social economic segments of community is essential. Must be capable of working under pressure as well as two-way communication both verbally and written when dealing with various members, employees and volunteers. Must possess effective organizational skills. Must be able to operate standard recreational, office and computer equipment. Must possess a valid driver's license and meet YMCA of the Suncoast driving criteria. Must have or be willing to enroll in a CDA and Florida Director's Credential class within 90 days of employment.
