Job Description:
Serve as primary Document Coordinator for all PKDM sites to manage controlled documents in Amgen's enterprise document management system.- Serve as the subject matter expert for the various document management systems used by the department and primary point of contact for PKDM staff.- Format documents and reports to ensure consistent format and appearance of controlled documents- Participate in SOP Revamp Project and clean up of controlled documents- Track the status of all SOP activity and provide regular updates.- Streamline document management support and find opportunities to maximize PKDM's use of the document management systems available.- Create efficient and user-friendly templates for procedures and reports- Coordinate periodic reviews of SOPs- Implement electronic entry forms in PKDM- Assist in inspection readiness activities.- Contribute to compliance-related action items originating from Compliance Steering Committee and inspection findings- Additional projects at Manager's discretion.
