Job RequirementsThe major duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: With limited supervision, serve as Program Management liaison across Clinical Research and other MedImmune groups as appropriate. Lead in identification and management of business issues surrounding the operational implementation and conduct of clinical trials within the assigned program(s). Coach and develop staff. Participate in training initiatives, develop and manage communication strategies, interface with other department heads to coordinate effective communication strategies and initiatives relevant to the global Clinical Research organization. Facilitate the transfer/sharing of learnings within the department. Assist in the strategic planning and goal setting within the assigned program. Participate in identifying, collecting, analyzing and presenting key Clinical Operations metrics. Participate in process improvement initiatives to ensure best industry standards and approaches. Lead resource planning, including identification of resource, identification of resource options, and resource analysis across the assigned program(s). Support the Clinical Research leadership team with preparation of slides/presentations and ad hoc requests. Participate in special initiatives, as assigned. Oversee and mentor assigned staffin their management of individual studies/programs and ensuring compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
