Job Description:
Affairs Manager to work across Monsanto functions, including Monsanto Technology, Seminis, and De Ruiter, to ensure freedom to operate and compliance with regulations for Monsanto's biotech and nutritionally enhanced vegetable products and the chemistries that support those products. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in Global Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Technology Centers, Regulatory Strategy and Operations, and Stewardship and Seed Regulatory Affairs, as well as Seminis and De Ruiter project and business teams. He or she will coordinate the development and implementation of regulatory strategies, track the progress of projects, and manage regulatory issues. Required Skills: A bachelor's degree with five years of relevant work experience, a master's degree with three years of relevant work experience, or a doctorate degree with one year of relevant work experience is required. Excellent interpersonal, networking, and multi-tasking skills are also required, in addition to good written and oral communication skills.
