Job Description:
Patient Service Center according to established policies and procedures. Responsible for supervisory duties such as Ceridian, hiring staff, disciplinary action, terminations, performance reviews, ordering supplies, etc. Position maintains an active working role as a phlebotomist in their assigned site. Patient Service Center assigned to Site Supervisor will not have a Site Coordinator or Team Lead. This position does not travel to client offices or other Patient Service Centers. Site Supervisors do not supervise any client based phlebotomists or employees in Patient Service Centers not under their supervision.Phlebotomy certification by an accredited agency, completion of an approved phlebotomy training course, or equivalent experience through previous employment. Must meet all state and local requirements.
