This position requires expertise and knowledge of FDA Regulations, GCP/ICH guidelines and a comprehensive understanding of Medical/DRA procedures in order to assure regulatory compliance. Must have excellent leadership, written and oral communication skills and must be able to facilitate teams. Knowledge in intranet and eLearning technology. Duties and Responsibilities: Training Assessment/Implementation: Assess and facilitates the development and delivery of the Medical training plan based on needs identified from SOP's, international initiatives, local corporate initiatives and Medical/DRA identified issues.
