Job Description:
Directs all phases of work, quality, service, and costs;and performs tests or assays as required. See attachedgrid for leveling criteria.Supervises histology lab of about 25 employees rangingfrom lab assistants to histotechnologist. Days areMonday through Friday with alternating Saturdays, 1:30pm- 10:00pm. Work alongside another supervisor andreport into Lab Manager. Fast pace, highvolume lab. Great opportunity for somone lookingto grow into management Required Skills: Normally requires a B.S./B.A. Degree w/1-3 years of experience. Must meet all State & Local licensing requirements where the laboratory is located and must meet CLIA requirements.
