Job Description:
Replacement Center and supervises the development, implementation and organization of the program. While coordinating the efforts of the surgeons, hospital administration and staff, the Coordinator will monitor the progress of the program and identify opportunities for improvement. The Coordinator is also responsible for report generation and review, process / performance improvement, patient satisfaction, facilites review, capital and operating budgets and administrative activities for the Center. Requirements: EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Qualified candidates will be either a RN, PT, PA-C or CRNP with a minimum of five (5) years experience in orthopedics. Prior experience in a major medical facility preferred. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT/SKILLS: Proven ability to communicate with staff and surgeons Experience with patient and staff education Excellent organizational skills Proven leadership experience in developing and implementing new initiatives Experience in acheiving results and working with process management Strong data analysis skills WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS: Well lighted, well ventilated office area. Patient care areas. WORK CONTACT GROUP: All levels of hospital administration, associates, medical staff, patients and visitors.
