Bachelor\'s degree (B.A.) from four year college or university preferred.Certification/Licensure: None required.Experience: Minimum two years management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in healthcare management preferred.Skills:1. Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.2. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.3. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.4. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.5. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and physicians.Other Requirements:1. Must convey a professional demeanor.2. Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.3. Ability to communicate effectively in the English language in person, by phone and in writing.4. Requires adherence to all policies and procedures, including standards for safety, attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.5. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and peers.Physical Requirements:Hearing: Adequate to perform job duties in person and over the telephone.Speaking: Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
