Job Description:
Responsibilities: Training related tasks include: Deliver high quality, end user training for legal and non-legal staff in both classroom and one-on-one settings, for all software packages supported by the Firm. Maintain Firm Training Calendar for all New Hire training and Lunch & Learn sessions Participates in departmental project teams to streamline workflow and/or resolve issues; assists with various firm and/or departmental projects and initiatives as assigned. Create other ways to provide training than in the traditional classroom setting. Keep training related documentation current, accurate with all updated software and available for use by all end users. Assist with maintenance of the Firm's Intranet and Extranet through the use of InterWoven and its related products. Collaborate with Training Supervisor on designing metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs Assist Technical Support and deliver just-in-time training where necessary Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: A thorough understanding of technology currently in use within the Firm. Four (4) year degree preferred Experience in a law firm or legal environment and/or a thorough understanding of the requirements of legal documents and procedural requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, technical writing and interpersonal skills.
