Responsibilities Supervise IV/Pharmacy claim submissions and patient statements Supervise the Auditing of Charts for compliance Medicare/Medicaid/Private billing requirements and compliance issues. Identify and resolve problems and inconsistencies and suggest corrective procedures. Supervise payment posters on daily cash receipt postings for all departments into appropriate systems and Maintenance and monitoring of A/R Spreadsheet. Supervise all aspects of closing at end of month including balancing of posted cash for all departments and reports to cash for IV and Pharmacy Qualifications Minimum 5 years (preferred) experience with Medicare/Medicaid/Private Insurance billing requirements and compliance issues High organizational and computer skills, proficient with current HME software (preferred) High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred. Ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Ability to work effectively as a team player.
