Job Description:
Candidates must have at least a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with immediate aspirations to acquire a PE in structures. The key role is to manage the supervisory engineering functions for all aspects of roadway, bridge, and roadway appurtenance maintenance. The manager is responsible to develop and manage a multi million dollar annual operations budget and large Capital budget, as well as, responsibility for division fleet resources and replacement program. Must supervise consultant engineers, specified equipment, materials, administered construction, maintenance contracts, and Third party support groups. The Manager will manage staff, performance evaluations, hiring processes, and administrative disciplines.
