Required Skills The ideal candidate will assist in the oversight and management of the daily operations of the Consumer Lending Department. The candidate MUST have at least 3 years of CONSUMER Lending experience to qualify for position. This position is focused primarily on achieving production goals and exceeding member expectations of service, through motivation and coaching of members of the team. Candidate will ensure that team members are being trained, coached, motivated in order to reach production goals established, this may include auto, credit card, personal loans, as well as ancillary services such as GAP, mechanical breakdown insurance, credit life/disability and supporting any other sales initiatives.
