Responsibilities: Implement customer service strategies pertaining to improving and/or customer satisfaction with products and services Maintain client retention metrics within guidelines Implement sales strategies pertaining to incremental sales/services that are consistent with overall campaigns and objectives Ensure identified service levels are met by analyzing call center data, budgeting and executing appropriate staffing levels, and making daily operational decisions necessary to achieve desired standards Supervise, coordinate, provide leadership to and review the work of department leads and staff in order to accomplish operational plans and results Set challenging goals, delegate and coordinate effectively and motivate staff to achieve department results .
