Job Description:
Ensure that all areas in regards to HR activities are being met: Annual reviews; Quarterlies and Monthly One on One's. Monitor department overtime and request for overtime as needed within budget guidelines. Responsible for attending Divisional/Analyst/Operations Meetings as established. Be able to research issues for the field as needed when they have questions with our processes. Approve SOPs and Denial category changes for the department. Attend workflow meetings to implement new flows and request enhancements to existing flows. Attend IS meetings as needed and monthly to prioritize requests on behalf of the department. Prepare areas for conversions into our billing system and new contracts. Be able to explain and implement processes that will in turn improve bad debts and cash factor. Be able to explain and troubleshoot where in the daily prcoess certain categories are failing within the workflow process. Should have a good undertanding of DSO, have/need, cash factor and bad debt. Work with the Patient A/R group to reduce the amount of dollars going to collection each year. Work with Outsource Consultants on projects. Coordinate projects to ensure that we are using their resources effectively. Track FTE needs based on receipts and inventory. Develop Supervisors to their full potential and serve as back up for other Managers. Required Skills: Normally a B.A./B.S. Degree in related field w/5-7 years of experience.
