Job Description:
Team, the Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) is responsible for applying Therapeutic Area expertise in the successful design and execution of highly complex, global clinical trials from the protocol concept through the clinical study report; Provides leadership to global trial management staff and acts as back-up to CPL; Ensures completion of study deliverables; Follows established SOPs, GCP and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of all activities. Proactively and independently identifies and resolves all clinical project issues and participates in, coordinates or leads process improvement initiatives as required.Qualifications Oncology experience, preferred.Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trial management; Strong clinical study management skills, including risk assessment and contingency planning. Also requires excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills, along with problem solving, conflict resolution, and team building skills.Education BachelorĂ ??s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related field required; Minimum of 7 years of clinical trial experience, with a minimum of 5 years of trial management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech or CRO company required, with a proven track record for delivering clinical projects within time, budget and quality expectations.
