The Business Manager is responsible for making the necessary technical and business decisions to achieve aggressive growth objectives for rapidly expanding business sectors. The CEO views this role as running a company inside a company. The Business manager is responsible for all aspects the business and is tasked to maintain market leadership in data converter business sector. A key emphasis of the position is the ability to direct the strategic planning process for the data converter business sector. This includes all aspects of Product Planning, Revenue Forecasting, Promotion and Delivery of the end product.To be considered for this opportunity you should be able to perform the following responsibilities: Forecasting: Responsible for forecast accuracy. Coordinate with sales and customers to keep forecast on track to ensure wafer starts. Work with business director on long range plans.Opportunity tracking - Track open opportunities once every month and coordinate with sales and FAEs to close on these opportunitiesSamples: Coordinate samples and EV kits for existing and new products. Work closely with EV kit group to develop new EV kits. Ensure 24-48 hr shipment of samples and kits for over 90% of products Marketing - Responsible for website updates, ads, google ads, online seminars, develop business strategies (for presentingoduct Ads, PR and pricing.Customer visits: Coordinate with field sales for key customers visits and understand their needs, technical requirements (what and why), and coordinate with product definers (PDs) to define new products. Work closely with PDs, design team and finance to complete new product definitionsDeliveries:
