Job Description:
Will be expected to become proficient at current BIM platform. Will be responsible for schematic design and design development, programming, construction documents. Must have the technical skills required for developing floor plans, wall sections and details. Proficient at developing plans using masonry modularity. Demonstrate the ability to check own work for accuracy and completeness. Must exhibit an understanding of the relationship between drawings and specifications. Demonstrates knowledge of all phases of architectural document production. Must be knowledgeable of building construction systems, means and methods, materials, and industry association standards. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills are required. Some travel may be required. Excellent Salary and Benefits. Relocation available for qualified candidates.
