Job Description:
A primary focus of the LEED Project Manager is managing a variety of green building projects that are pursuing LEED certification. The successful candidate will have a good working understanding of building systems and materials, and will be able to help guide project teams towards optimal green building strategies and environmental performance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, plan and implement appropriate and effective LEED certification strategies Primary project lead on a LEED project Manage the LEED documentation process Leads, directs, reviews and supervises the work of others Perform / support the completion of calculations for LEED compliance (day lighting, water reduction, materials etc.) Develop business models for LEED implementation Coordinate with subcontractors including energy modelers, commissioning agents, MEP, civil engineers, general contractor, etc.
