Develop guidelines and timetables with Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials, Quality, and Finance to support the project. Manage project plan and budget, provide updates to project team, and lead weekly status meetings. Resolve issues and ensure project resources are aligned with project milestones and objectives. Prepare and present regular progress reports to both the factory development team and senior management. Work in a manner to ensure your personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company EHS guidelines and policies. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customer, vendors, clients, and co-workers. Demonstrate leadership by promoting goals, developing cooperative, positive and, productive relationships among co-workers, maintaining a positive work atmosphere, and demonstrating respect for individuals. Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in controls systems integration Seasoned project manager High level computer programming experience (VisualBasic, Visual C, C#, Java, etc.).
