Description: Senior position requiring extensive experience managing $100M+ turn-key infrastructure projects in developing countries and austere environments. Position requires a BS in Civil Engineering or related field with a minimum of 15 years international infrastructure project management experience, including expertise in overseeing the works of major Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Subcontractors. MS in Civil Engineering with P.E. Certification desirable. Works include simultaneous implementation at multiple sites over a broad geographical region, so candidate must have expert knowledge in utilizing earned value metrics in a multi-project environment. Responsible for building and managing an integrated project team of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Logistics Engineers to support the oversight of facility construction in accordance with program cost, schedule and performance objectives. Must work closely with the Program Manager as a key member of the program office Integrated Product Team. Extensive overseas travel is required. Fluency in French and/or Arabic language is highly desirable.
