The position is a Manufacturing Plant Senior Project/Process Engineer for a facility located in Ohio. You will be responsible for managing the installation of capital projects and continuous improvement efforts. The right person will be a degreed Engineer with 8 to 10 years' experience in paper mill operations and engineering. Experience must include management experience as a supervisor, superintendent, etc. To be considered your background must include commissioning projects at pulp and paper factories, cost saving experience in production applications and hands-on paper machine operation. Project management skills including use of project tracking software, excellent communications skills a must and a successful record of completing assignments within time and budget constraints. Travel will require up to 70%. Salary will be commensurate with experience, and client offers relocation assistance.Questions you will be asked: Describe your paper making operations experience as it would pertain to paper mill operations and the engineering of such.
