Position Summary: Manage the firm-wide process of evaluating and implementing new accounting and auditing standards Manage content development of internal resources for practice staff including: A&A Technical Updates Assurance Website development and maintenance Caseware programs and checklists Interaction with the firm's Industry Group Leaders to determine impacts of new accounting and auditing standards in designated industries Active role in firm-wide compliance with AICPA quality control requirements, including internal monitoring of programs Coordinate and assist with internal inspections and peer review Handles special projects as required, including research, training content development and work aid development Other duties as assigned Education: Bachelors' Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required CPA certification is required Experience: 6 + years of recent public accounting audit experience is required Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills is required Strong communication skills (written and oral) Interest in technical aspects of accounting and auditing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Project management skills Proficient with audit, reporting, and tax software Superior problem solving skills Our Benefits and Culture.
