Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice President, Administrative Services, this senior level position provides guidance in determining broad policies relating to business and financial matters and provides management oversight to all internal accounting controls including general accounting, financial systems administration, vendor and student payables, payroll, treasury management, cash receipts, risk management, procurement and financial management and reporting. The director will be responsible for keeping the Vice President for Administrative Services apprised of the institution\'s financial condition. Specific areas of responsibility include the development of strategies, policies, procedures and systems to meet College objectives, and to support sound fiscal management; participation in the development of and advice on the impact of long range financial and organizational planning; development of strategic financial leadership and support on potential alliances, investments and other issues affecting the College\'s business.
