Job Description:
Provides oversight for the Budget Execution process while also reviewing and reconciling General Ledger accounting information. Provides support to MDA with business transformation planning, business process re-engineering and execution in compliance with the DoD Business Transformation Agency (BTA) and Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) initiatives. Provides professional on-site accounting and financial systems implementation management, change management, conversion, integration, deployment, administration and user support. Provides MDA with accounting and financial systems support by implementing and maintaining existing business intelligence systems that interface with legacy DoD accounting and financial database warehouse. Provides MDA's accounting directorate with accounting and finance support. Provides accounting and financial project management assistance to include accounting transaction level data analysis and reconciliation support for several legacy accounting and financial systems. Monitors and reviews obligations, expenditures, general ledger reporting, general ledger reconciliation.
