JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education/Skills: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.CPA required.Knowledge of healthcare industry highly preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office products required.Extensive knowledge of GAAP and other applicable regulatory rules, regulations & legislation as related to accounting functions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of personnel in a large organization.Excellent organizational skills.Deadline-oriented and ability to multi-task.Experience: Ten (10) or more years experience in an accounting/finance environment; heavy focus on accounting.Eight to ten years of managerial experience required.Demonstrated experience in process improvement / redesign initiativesExperience accounting for a multi-facility organization preferredDemonstrated knowledge of accounting systems and experience in implementation and/or conversion of accounting systems.Demonstrated ability and experience in interacting with all levels of Management and other Associates.Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications.
