Job Description:

The candidate must have Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other business related field. An advanced degree such as MST, J.D. or LL.M. are preferred. An advanced degree such as M.S.T. or M.B.A. also a plus. CPA is preferred. Experience with a Big 4/Medium size firm or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required. Consulting and compliance experience is needed. Must have strong research skills and strong written and verbal communication skills. Exposure to SFAS #109 / tax provision calculations a plus. Excellent project management and presentation skills are required. CORPTax experience is preferred.
