For more information about ADP or to contact a local ADP sales office, reach us at 1.800.225.5237 or visit the company's Web site at General Responsibilities: Assist in the oversight of the Sarbanes-Oxley design review and testing effectiveness efforts for the company Proactively plan and execute SOX testing requirements timely and in compliance with WP standards Communicate SOX testing results to senior management and monitor remediation efforts Generate and drive SOX compliance program improvement efforts Develop world class communication and leadership skillsSpecific Responsibilities Assist with the management of the Sarbanes-Oxley testing workflow with little or no supervision:- Provide input into the annual scoping project- Schedule and plan the testing activities throughout the year- Review internal control documentation and test plans to ensure they are current and targeted to the appropriate activity- Prepare and review working papers for testing activity, ensuring documentation standards are consistently met- Review findings with IAD management, the process owner and business unit management- Work with the LPMO to ensure each finding is supported by an accurate Financial Exposure Worksheet- Accurately populate the SOX database with the necessary information within established timeframes.
