The functional areas include: Operations, Graphics, and Training sections. Principal consultant to the Division Chief providing advice and assistance in mission accomplishment over the wide spectrum of ARCIC operations which include: day-to-day operations, Operational & Crisis action planning, peacetime engagement, command relationships, Military & Civilian training, conferences, command & control, readiness, & operational security.Qualifications:Click on link below to view qualification standard. General Schedule Specialized experience: (1) The ability to plan, organize, schedule and negotiates proponency issues when ownership is difficult to define or cross staff lines when making assignments on behalf of the Chief, Operations, Plans, and Policy Division. (2) The ability to supervise the review and analysis of all completed projects for technical quality, appropriate levels of coordination, consistency, logic, soundness of recommendations, and compliance with established objectives. Identifies deficiencies/shortfalls and corrective actions and directs revisions. Ensures final products are representative of the facts, organizational philosophy, and accurately responds to the issues. (3) Knowledge of short and long-range event calendars and the ability to collect, coordinate, update and disseminate current information on ARCIC-wide issues and special events. (4) The ability to determine and recommend the sequence and timing of key program events and milestones, decision methods and alternative approaches to achieve established mission goals and facilitate ARCIC involvement and role in significant events and activities.
