Job Description:
· Establish & Foster Client Relationships by contacting customer prior and following training engagement to gauge success and provide next steps. · Mentor and Develop Education Staff by providing assistance, direction, and support for fellow employees as appropriate. · Promote additional Educations and Professional Services by assisting the Cognos sales/services team in identifying additional license opportunities and where or how additional training can contribute to the client's solution. · Billing Compliance by Submission of Accurate and Timely Billing Documentation - completing appropriate documentation and obtaining required approvals · Instructor and Customer Training Support by providing any necessary supplemental materials or classroom technical support. · Delivery of Quality Education through ongoing development of technical skills of Cognos technology and over -achievement of customer quality metrics. · Technical SME assisting in new course delivery, knowledge sharing and best practices communication and documentation to Education Team. · Liaise with clients to assist in technical setup for on site education. · Assist with the technical development and pilot of customer education initiatives through delivery and supporting documentation for new programs.
