We get to know our customers and help them to discover great wines from around the world in a relaxed, friendly and non-intimidating environment. We are currently looking for a Wine Club Manager to take over and lead our vibrant and quickly growing wine clubs and consumer educational programs. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter who has 2 to 3 years of successful work experience in club management or wine retail management, and can demonstrate proficiencies in some or all of the following areas: WINE CLUB Provide the best professional customer service and ensure a superior customer experience all times. Manage all wine club databases in various software programs including CAM Commerce Solutions, RetailStar & IStar, X-Charge and Active Club Management tools. Prepare and manage monthly shipments by assisting a top-notch team of professional wine buyers with wine selections, ensuring club sku's are maintained properly within our club and retail POS programs. Coordinating, formating and managing marketing materials production and web postings. All wine club invoicing and member account management. Assisting all members with orders, claims, requests and special handling. Providing accurate and detailed inventory and sales numbers for accounting and management purposes. Training for retail store staff involvement and sales: support staff with wine club questions, provide necessary training, continue to develop the staff rewards incentive program. Constantly prepare and implement plans for future club growth and program expansion.
