Provide ongoing training for all team members (help) classes Ă Ź Schedule lead distribution to Advisors Ă Ź Implement and monitor student follow up procedures Ă Ź Ensure Advisor accuracy with regard to student status changes in the CRM Ă Ź Provide support for the Financial Aid Officers and the Registration Coordinators Ă Ź Motivate and support team members Ă Ź Keep team tracking boards up-to-date and accurate Ă Ź Use metrics to analyze and improve team member production Ă Ź Maintain communication with VP of Admissions, Director of Admissions, management of Financial Aid and Academic Advising, the Director of Training and Manager of Admissions Training. Provide feedback Requirements: Experience Required: Ă Ź Proven success as an Admissions Team Leader Ă Ź College degree and/or equivalent work experience Ă Ź Positive support regarding managerial decisions Ă Ź Need to have achieved goal for at least 2 full cycles in a row Ă Ź Aggregate goal accomplished for current year Ă Ź Product and procedural knowledge Ă Ź Positive attitude and willingness to help others Ă Ź Successful managerial experience of at least 2 years Ă Ź Capable of accomplishing multiple tasks within specific periods of time Position Requirements /Scope of the Job/ Skills Required: Ă Ź Must be able to work at least two evenings per week and periodic weekends if necessary Ă Ź Ability to answer complicated Admissions questions accurately and in detail.
