Job Description:
The Asst/Assoc Director will have a central role in the data collection, analysis and reporting efforts. In addition to troubleshooting data errors or omissions, conducting data analyses, and preparing summary reports, the Asst/Assoc Director will collaborate with senior project leadership to determine analytical approaches, report content and format. The Asst/Assoc Director will be the primary contact for external queries about the project and will be the first resource for participating institutions seeking advice and information about the data collection and its technical requirements. As a liaison between the Database Developer and participating institutions and other higher education data collection entities, the Asst/Assoc Director will coordinate the functional aspects of appending external data sources to the CSP data base. Other duties will include organizing meetings and preparing meeting materials for the two oversight groups of the CDCA: the CSP Technical Advisory Committee, and the CSP Board of Advisors; administering the budget for the project, including filing expense reports, procuring supplies and preparing periodic budget updates for the Director.
