Operations with focus on communicating with ANI manufacturing plants, AN Commercial Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, and Contract Manufacturing in support of commercial efforts for growth in emerging marketplaces.Manage project management efforts to support commercial launch plans in support of non R&D related project for the emerging markets markets. Must understand commercial strategies for the emerging market to direct supply chain efforts in support of new product launches. This position will function regularly as a driver/influencer of the NPI processes. Major Responsibilities:Responsible for the critical interface between the emerging market and ANSC in regard to developing timing for product launches, and market expansion. The candidate must use a solid understanding of how the AN plants operate to guide the commercial team in the planning for product launches and which are produced at ANSC manufacturing sites and Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) sites.Supports and provides consultation to the Vice President/General Manager's of commercial business units and affiliates on supply chain issues including resource allocation, and sales and operations planning.Develops contingency plans as required to address uninterrupted product supply.The incumbent has substantial autonomy and must be able to operate with limited supervision.Responsible for identification, analysis and development of solutions to critical challenges that can have a negative long-term effect upon manufacturing performance. An example would be the identification of future manufacturing constraints to our capability to produce the product volumes or types required to meet LRP sales demands. This position will work with division engineering and plant management on key manufacturing projects that have major financial, operational, or quality impact on the Division's performance.
