Job Description:
The Plant Controller will be responsible for supervising, planning & directing the finance department. In addition, the Plant Controller will be responsible for ensuring the safeguard for all assets of the plant. The Plant Controller will monitor and controls inventory. Controls overhead spending, monitors capital plan, cost variance analysis, month-end closing, annual budget and monitoring, monthly forecasting, development of measurable goals for department staff. Direct the finance staff to achieve plant and corporate goals. Manage inventories and maintenance and repair orders (MRO) office supplies. Problem solving & resolution for departmental issues. Provide various weekly & daily reports as required.
