Production Program Manager Responsibilities Responsible party (from the Operations Group) for the overall product quality, schedule performance and cost status. Operations being defined as Manufacturing (Manufacturing Engineering, Test & all Factory Floor personnel), Material Planning and Factory Quality Prepares/Coordinates all Operations proposal activity and estimate preparation for his respective program(s) Prepares and Presents internal & external formal presentations and briefings related to Operations role in a specific program under the guidance/direction of the Program Manager Prepares inputs for and retains responsibility for updating all internal & external operations P3E master schedules, LOB reports, manufacturing completion schedules, etc Serves as the Cost Account Manager for Operations on all EVMS programs and is responsible for preparing/submitting Operations EAC/ETC reports/status to Financial Planning & Program Management on all their respective program(s) Shares the responsibility.
