The individual selected as an OCD Regional Transfusion Medicine Manager (RTMM) will possess leadership skills and abilities, with a proven track record of success and accomplishment throughout their career. The RTMM Team will work together, and with their marketing counterparts to share market information, and create strategy to increase IDMTS Gel market share, as well as, work with their local and regional account sales teams to increase sales and improve overall selling proficiency in the US Blood Bank Market. This individual will have a direct impact on OCD's annual business plan as it pertains to IDMTS Gel Technology growth, and IDMTS instrument placement in the US Sales Organization. In addition, this individual will be seen as an expert for this product franchise, and will act as a mentor, and specialist to the traditional Account Management Sales Team on a local and regional level. Conversion of existing OCD Tube Technology customers to IDMTS Gel customers.
