Responsibilities: Successfully executes scope of the assigned project by controlling, monitoring and resolving the initial inventory and additional placements Acts as an on-site liaison and resource to client All cash is accurately accounted for with supportive documentation and corporate reporting is accurately completed and forwarded to Perot Systems within the mandated timeframe Produces a high percentage of cash revenue in the shortest period of time, while resolving at least 95% of the assigned accounts receivable Identifies and resolves problems, and suggests improvements that will benefit the client, as well as Perot Systems and employs multiple approaches to solve the problems Attends client meetings and conducts presentations to management and client concerning issues, programs or projects Monitors staff performance, supports appropriate staffing levels, evaluates strengths and deficiencies, and provides necessary staff development in third-party collection procedures Promotes a motivated team approach, with open lines of communication which succeeds in the accomplishment of individual, client and company goals Monitors and grooms associates to assume new roles and responsibilities.
