Job Description:
The Rehab Supervisor is responsible for directing supervising and coordinating the services of Home Health Physical Therapy. Responsible for supervising therapists and technical and clerical staff in direct care and the operational aspects of the home health department. Has access to confidential patient and system information. This position ensures compliance with all regulatory accreditation standards and system and department policies. This position has direct care responsibilities consistent with the needs of the department for which they are licensed. Responsible for assistance in the following areas: budget preparation and monitoring quality management productivity monitoring staffing coverage staff evaluations program development and promotion and coordination with other departments to ensure continuity of patient care. Bachelor or Masters Degree from a clinically approved therapy program. Must be currently licensed by the State of Ohio. Minimum of two-four previous clinical experiences in identified service area or related; one-two years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
