Project Description:The process of migrating documents from several legacy repositories into a single repository (PDOCS) designed to manage Policies, SOPs and other procedures. The primary team members responsible for the work are offshore in India. The project involves migration of documents from a legacy format to a new format, a QC process to ensure accuracy of content and a mapping of each document against several different external criteria. The Migration Project Manager will: oversee the progress of the project monitor the review and approval cycle to make sure all timelines are met track issues in an issues log and resolve or escalate as necessary.
