This is a senior role reporting directly to the practices leadership with high potential of this candidate quickly joining that leadership as success and growth are demonstrated. Individuals in Senior Leadership positions are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including but not limited to:ﾃ ぎ Managing riskﾃ ぎ Project finances including planning and budgetingﾃ ぎ Defining and producing deliverable contentﾃ ぎ Establishing buy-in of projected solutions from top management levels at the client.ﾃ ぎ Defining systems strategyﾃ ぎ Developing systems requirementsﾃ ぎ Implementing practical business solutions under tight deadlines.The appropriate individual will develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to proposal pricing strategy.The resource will also be expected to be involved in team building through mentoring and coaching, providing input and guidance into the firms hiring decisions, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
