In addition, this position will effectively manage any special projects which will include but not be limited to rebranding, redesigning, repositioning, and redeploying of any T-Mobile assets. This position will work in conjunction with the facilities team to drive cost savings into the design of the store through efficiencies and managed sourcing. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects relating to the design and construction of all new Retail locations. Manage the business expectation through communication so that it coincides with the deliverable construction schedule. Manage the overall annual capital budget for retail so as to maximize the business opportunity. Effectively manage all construction related aspects of the retail real estate leases so as to maintain cross functional efficiencies and improved long term savings for T-Mobile. Manage the internal and external vendor partners who have been aligned to accomplish the goals set forth by by continuously challenging each partner to realize improved pricing, increased/improved service level agreements, in order to meet or exceed on time, on budget expectations. Continuously strive to improve processes, practices, and vendor relationships to create efficient and effective means for accomplishing goals, on time, and on budget. Discretion and Independent Judgment: The exercise of discretion and independent judgment is required to facilitate all functional responsibilities of this position. It will be necessary to utilize these skills in every aspect of this position. Independent judgment will be required to manage communication levels, vendor relations, budget allocations, scheduling and process improvement. Discretion will be required to effectively manage, evaluate, and contractually assess all vendor partners.
