Job Description:
This qualified candidate must have a minimum of 10 to 12 years experience in commercial interiors, tenant fit-out projects and base building infrastructure projects. This candidate should have experience in facility engineering, assessment, planning, design and building commissioning services which includes HVAC, plumbing, automated controls, electrical and fire protection. Must have knowledge and strong understanding of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems and proven ability to manage multiple projects. Must have BS in Engineering with Architecture and Construction expertise. This candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering with AutoCAD experience is also required. A Familiarity with LEED AP as well as a Department Head Experience and Project Management Experience is preferred.
