Job Description:
The incumbent will have oversight of the contractual compliance with over 18 clients, a staff of more than 1,600 associates and an annual budget in excess of $60M. Responsibilities include management of workflow and insurance processing for hazard, wind, and flood insurance for homeowners, as well as collateral protection insurance product for auto clients. The VP will provide overall direction and guidance for the operational activities of the Center, with the objective of maximizing productivity and cost effectiveness as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all company operations functions. Key responsibilities include: Manages Center operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives and policies. Ensures the development of procedures necessary to implement policy. Provides the overall direction necessary to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective area services. Reviews operating results of the Center, compares them to established objectives, and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
